PeerPro✨
Kids teaching kids.
Learn. Earn. Grow.
PeerPro connects kids and teens who are great at something with peers who want to learn — building confidence, leadership, and real-world skills.
PeerPro connects kids and teens who are great at something with peers who want to learn — building confidence, leadership, and real-world skills.
How it Works:
Tell us your child's age, interests, and goals. We suggest a PeerPro match based on skill, maturity, and ability.
Pros and learners meet in a parent approved space to practice, learn, and build confidence together.
Learners build skills and confidence. Pros gain leadership experience — and earn money sharing what they know.
Hi, I’m Megan — a former public school teacher of 20 years and a mom of three.
I started PeerPro because I truly believe some of the best teachers are the ones who recently stood exactly where the learner is standing.
For over a decade, I’ve watched my own children serve as both the “Pro” and the “Learner"— in academics, sports, and hobbies. I’ve seen the magic happen right here in our community: when kids teach kids, they don’t just learn a skill. They build leadership, communication, and confidence that stays with them for life.
As a teacher, I’ve always known how much kids have to offer one another.
As a parent, I know how expensive and high-pressure traditional coaching and tutoring can feel.
PeerPro was created to bridge that gap.
It’s a safe, supportive, and affordable way for children to explore new interests — and for older kids and teens to take on real responsibility, meaningful work, and leadership.
We already have everything we need right here in our community. PeerPro simply helps make those powerful connections possible.
As a parent first and a founder second, safety and trust guide everything we build.
I’m so grateful you’re here and excited to welcome our founding families into this community.
Warmly,
Megan
Founder, PeerPro
PeerPro is a community platform for kids and teens ages 4–18. It matches learners with slightly older or more experienced peers (“Pros”) who teach skills they’ve already mastered — from academics and sports to creative and practical skills.
PeerPro sessions feel less like a class and more like a conversation — where curiosity leads and confidence grows.
Peer mentoring bridges the gap between teacher and friend. Because Pros are closer in age, learning feels more natural and less intimidating.
For learners, that means:
Increased confidence
Stronger motivation
A safe space to ask questions
For Pros, it means:
Leadership and responsibility
Communication and teaching skills
Real world experience — and the opportunity to earn money
📣 Have a talent? Let Them Lead.
PeerPro isn’t just for learners — it’s also for kids and teens ready to step into leadership.
PeerPros:
Share skills they enjoy
Build confidence and responsibility
Earn money teaching at their own pace
Gain experience that matters
For many kids and teens, this is their first opportunity to lead and earn in a positive, supportive space.
Peer Pro Success Story: Frankie & Daphne 🌱
The Power of the "Near-Peer" Connection!
"Our experience with Peer Pro has been fantastic. Frankie is responsible, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind, and as a result, Daphne’s soccer skills and confidence have improved tremendously. I truly believe that peer coaching offers meaningful benefits for both the mentor and the mentee."— Denise Miller, Daphne's mom
Frankie (11) has lived and breathed soccer for most of his life. Daphne (9) wanted to improve her footwork and confidence on the field.
Instead of a formal lesson, Frankie showed Daphne exactly how he learned — using the same "tricks" and language he uses in his own games, making the drills instantly relatable.
Daphne gained skills and confidence.
Frankie gained leadership and pride. He helped someone grow and earned money doing what he loved.

Parent trust and child safety are core to PeerPro.
How we keep PeerPro safe and thoughtful:
Parent-approved locations for sessions
Parent on-site required for younger learners
Clear expectations for behavior and communication
Transparent matching and session planning
Pros complete an onboarding process before mentoring
PeerPro supports real-world, in-person connection with parents informed and involved.
We focus on the right fit, not rigid age rules.
Matches are made based on:
Skill level
Age and maturity
Learning goals
Scheduling compatibility
Whether it’s an older elementary student mentoring a younger child or a high schooler helping a peer tackle a challenge, thoughtful matching is key.
PeerPro supports a wide range of interests, including (but not limited to):
📚 Academics (reading, math, languages, etc)
🎨 Hobbies (chess, LEGO building, art, etc)
🏀 Active skills (lacrosse drills, bike riding, dance basics, etc)
Don’t see a skill listed? Tell us — we’ll help find the right match.
PeerPro uses suggested pricing guidelines to keep rates fair and age-appropriate.
Session rates typically range $10–$30, depending on the Pro’s age, experience, and skill level. Younger Pros generally charge at the lower end, while older teens with advanced skills may charge toward the higher end.
Pros set suggested rates based on skill and experience, and familes agree on rate before the session. Payment is made directly to the Pro at the end of each session via ApplePay, Zelle, Venmo, or cash.
🌱 Join the Peer Pro Pilot:
PeerPro is launching as a community pilot, and we’re inviting a small group of founding families to take part.
Submitting the pilot form does not commit you to anything. If a match is suggested, it’s fully your decision whether to proceed. Families are only committing to one initial session if they choose to move forward.
Any additional sessions are optional and agreed upon by both families.
